Week 3 Update

This week I set myself less to do as I was away Monday-Wednesday and was working the weekend. As a result I set myself two resources to read/watch and analyse and further add to my notes.

The first source was an article on Google Scholar and was based around Tennis and how anxiety affects both genders and different levels of performer (elite or foundation level.) It gave me an insight into different factors in the extent anxiety affects our performance. It also contained and was focused around a study which has given me a broad idea of the kind of research I could do.

The second source was a website, and even though it was short it gave me an idea of how anxiety can affect us before and after sport, not just during like most articles I have read.
